As part of the RHU SHIVA, the SHIVA-Share study is an interventional monocentric study that aims to investigate the association of peripheral microvascular and macrovascular markers with early brain MRI markers of cSVD in young adults:
– Part 1, the vascular checkup examination, will focus on the association of peripheral macrovascular markers (arterial pressure and stiffness) with MRI-markers of brain structure.
– Part 2, the ophthalmological examinations, will study the association of retinal microvascular markers with MRI markers of brain structure.
The study will include 400 young adults previously included in the i-Share cohort, and its ancillary studies bio-Share and MRi-Share.
