Prof. Stéphanie Debette (the SHIVA coordinator), Dr David-Alexandre Trégouët (WP2 leader in SHIVA), Dr. Marie-Gabrielle Duperron (SHIVA researcher and physician), Dr Aniket Mishra (genetic epidiomiologist in SHIVA), Timothy D’Aoust and Ilana Caro (SHIVA PhD students) has participated to the CHARGE consortium meeting organised in Boston.
Dr. Marie-Gabrielle Duperron presented her work on the SHIVA publication in Nature Medicine: « Genomic perivascular space burden unravels early mechanisms of cerebral small vessel desase ».
Dr. David-Alexandre Trégouët presented his work on « uAUG creating variants in 5’UTRs: a class of neglected disease causing variants ».
Ilana Caro presented a poster on « Cerebral fluid proteome provides a biological fingerprint of cerebral small vessel disease« .
