As part of the RHU SHIVA, the SHIVA-Share study <\/span><\/strong>is an interventional monocentric study that aims to investigate the association of peripheral microvascular and macrovascular markers with early brain MRI markers of cSVD in young adults:
– Part 1<\/strong>, the vascular checkup<\/strong> examination<\/strong>, will focus on the association of peripheral macrovascular markers (arterial pressure and stiffness) with MRI-markers of brain structure.
– Part 2<\/strong>, the ophthalmological examinations<\/strong>, will study the association of retinal microvascular markers with MRI markers of brain structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study will include 400 young adults previously included in the i-Share<\/strong><\/a> cohort, and its ancillary studies bio-Share<\/strong> and MRi-Share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
